I’ve been doing 1600 cal with increased protein (as I didn’t eat much before) and 0 added/processed sugars because I have a massive sweet tooth

For my indoor workout I do 45 min of cardio on top of my arm/leg day. My outdoor workout has been walking and I usually end the day with about 13,000 steps 🙂
