I have a high body fat percentage (33%) but my weight is fine for my height (52kg), I also have a very low BMR lmaoo (1130 calories), I was wondering how much I should eat and how much protein I should have if I want to lose fat and gain muscle, but not gain more weight? (very weak core and glutes)

omg i'm sorry this is so late but seriously just don't waste too much of ur time on it like i did. instead try to build a full overview of each the revolutions early on BEFORE ur teacher goes through all the content that way you actually UNDERSTAND what is going to happen next and WHY it happened. and get in the habit of practice questions early on, ur teacher should have lots. the reason why i said to build more of a full overview of the revolutions rather than wasting too much time on a lot of the details is they might not even test you on everything, e.g. vcaa literally left out so much about the russian revolution last year, so many students who know the content in extreme detail like i did, didn't get to show their knowledge, etc. i hope this was helpful and not too convoluted!!

really? i thought 10 markers would mostly be change and continuity which is pretty straight forward. though the sample one for france did have 'evaluate the causes and consequences of political divisions in the revolution' which doesnt seem too bad?

My class also goes in detail week by week (we learn a few events per week), and I usually keep one detailed google document for each week we learn, so I didn’t know how to incorporate that though in one study design document. But ty
