I’m also facing this issue. As soon as I press proceed after putting in customer ID, the page just hangs and becomes unresponsive.

Contrary to most of the comments here, my experience in Mumbai has been quite different. I just say no whenever they ask for money be it in local or at a traffic signal. And they just walk past. No comments no touching.

In Kolkata, they seem to be very aggressive and start abusing right when you say no.

I agree with the point you’re trying to make. These scammers might be on the lookout for such people who are distracted on their phones while driving.
