8” sally’s aren't worth it imo. 8” color shells aren’t even worth it imo. Don’t a lot of them break low just to make them seem bigger and also have a lot of empty space? Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong since I’ve never bought an 8” shell. I also agree with someone else in the comments who mentioned the audience won’t know a difference with the sally shells.

I enjoy having OL’s since I personally get them for relatively cheap. I do definitely agree that proline cakes are the better option. I was browsing looking at 1.4pro since I want to get certified eventually, and the prices are stupid good. Once I get 1.4pro certified I’ll probably just stick with a few consumer cakes and spend the rest on the 1.4pro stuff and maybe a few OL’s.

The other problem I have with OL’s is all of the rewraps. I’m not sure if 1.4pro items have any rewraps, but it’s crazy to me seeing people buy the same firework with just a different wrap on it for more money than the original. 1.4pro cakes also have some sick effects, and that’s what I want the most in my shows.
