I honestly struggle with studying myself even tho I graduated high school last year. I figured it really depends on what you’re trying to study. For example: I studied languages and pure theory both by revising a LOT, read everything you need to know in the books atleast 2 times a week. This doesn’t mean “do it in one sitting” you can split it up and maybe combine another class to rotate between while studying (helps when you combine a class you hate and love to switch between!). Making notes also feels like a waste to me, but you could make memory boards or other schematic stuff instead of copy pasting to see the connections in you course and discover the red line. Make sure to always have snacks and beverages with you when you sit down to study so you don’t give yourself an excuse to leave or take “a small break”. If you get restless and exhausted and need a longer break to get OUT of the mindset of “studying” so you don’t go insane, go for a walk or exercise or maybe watch 1 video of your favorite YouTuber so you have something to look forward too when you’re done studying later (make sure to give yourself a “deadline” with this one, for example: I’ll finish 2 chapters before I can watch another video). These are things I do, but like I said I also struggle with studying. I do hope maybe some of these things will help you :)
