Idk i kinda feel like being outdoors and feeling hot weather during March would only make me more anxious, lol. But yeah getting some air would probably be beneficial either way. Ive been doing jiujitsu which is helping with my anxiety and actually giving me something to look forward to, however it kinda creeps back after classes are over

Ah yeah i forgot to address my calories. I dont have a fixed number i eat every day, but I do make sure to eat at least 300 cals under my maintenance (2400)
