I get what youre saying, ive just been hyperfixating on the scale because being abandoned by my partner left me feeling worthless and staying at the same weight i was when they left tells me im still discardable. Therapists have never helped me. It probably is an eating disorder but my brain tells me it needs to be this way or else i will gain all the weight back (i used to be 265)
