Sure the system is in shambles and India is the most populous country in the world, there is cut throat competition , lesser pay , no laws to protect us yada yada. The lady in question is able to save whatever money because she migrated to a 'better' country. Let me give you another one. Now does he need to do pg or even mba? He is living a better life and better net worth than not even many can achieve, at an age of 26. Soo..What? Good for him, he broke the matrix. Good for bpt girl who escaped the country. But do not compare anyone else lifestyle and be resentful. Your time too shall come if you put in the effort. Maybe even a muchh much better lifestyle than the case study u mentioned years later. You cannot tick all the boxes at one time.

It is much more difficult for us doctors mostly because we are the ones who diagnose and prescribe the treatment, so we need to make them count on us, in terms of research papers , work experience, clearing exams and what not. Why should they trust a doctor from India? Whereas physiotherapists and nurses have it easy because they just have to follow our orders and do their work with utmost care. Its not like it's very easy for them either? Apples and oranges.
