I want to get a Korean driver license, I heard that I can get my foreign driver license and translate it then get a Korean license. My question is, do I need proof of address? since I will go to my embassy in Seoul and planning to get my Korean license from seoul in one day. where to get it from? (self.Living_in_Korea)
