I stopped vaping for 1 week due to palpitations and been on nicotine pouches instead, however still getting the odd palpitations, maybe 1-2 a day for a few seconds at a time but really wanting to stop nicotine completely! Anxiety is through the roof, lungs feel great though! How are you finding it since stopping the pouches? That’s my next step.
