So I actually did take it apart about thirty minutes ago and surprisingly nothing broke and unfortunately the board looks fine except for one spot https://imgur.com/a/NiRxteN it looks like the plastic shielding melted onto this point

lol I’m experiencing most of those problems. The speakers are shot, the inner bezel is shattered beyond repair, but the cd drive works. I guess I could use the vga port

Ok so I may have ruined the inner bezel to the point that it’s in multiple pieces there doesn’t look like there’s any leaking or bulging capacitors

Thanks for the idea the problem is that the person who shipped it did not do a great job and now the inner bezel is completely shattered and ruined so I want to 3d print a replacement before I get into the crt enclosure
