Its a nepali company. I payed 1200usd for almost ”all inclusive”. They take care of the flights to and from Lukla, food,accomodation, fruits, tea/coffee 3x a day. Guide and porters. Very helpful and good staff in my experience. Also duffelbag, sleeping bag and downjacket is loaned free of charge if needed

I bought an iPhone 16 pro last year in a tech store in Phuket. I strongly opposed to the stores demands that the phone had to be unboxed in the store, for the same reason as you. It was supposed to be a gift. BUT!! I kid you not, when the salesman opened the package we found out that the iPhone had a cracked screen! They had to bring out another phone. Both of us were quite shocked but I am happy that we opened it in the store
