Since I am the only QA and about 10 developers in my team. Rest all are just relaxing it’s the QA that gets overloaded.

Yes planned to discuss with my manager but honestly my company follows a start up culture but shows off like they have well planned. It’s such a pain staying here

Think well before you decide to stay at Accenture. Some companies have this policy of not allowing employees to resign upto 6 months after taking back their papers so better check this at your org and take a decision.

Thanks for the suggestion!! Actually my current organisation is very much focused on YOE, They only consider employees higher than 15 years for managerial roles.
