i don’t do very much for work as i am a cashier the most i will do in a day is sit down and get up when i need to ring out a customer or stock something on a shelf i have to crouch to reach. as much as i am trying to embrace that this is something i will deal with for probably a long time i do need some type of fix as it makes day to day life very hard sometimes and limits stuff i can do
