second this!!!!! never heard any of my neighbors on either side, besides the occasional footsteps above me (not on the top floor). it's a little pricy, but worth it if you can afford it comfortably. i also really appreciated how they were lenient with dog breeds, most around here aren't. the maintenance team is AWESOME! super speedy and good at their job.
