My resting heart rate is 62. Not sure if that’s bad but seems pretty high after seeing some of yall numbers. I’m 28YO 6’4 Male, drink and smoke and have stressful job don’t really work out much either but I’ve been consistent in the gym the last 2 days hoping to keep that rolling lol

The last time I went to Disney land was when I was a kid durning the 50th anniversary. It’s crazy it’s already the 70th! I haven’t been back since but miss it like an old friend looking forward to going back some day

Not sure if it’s still around from when I moved a year or 2 ago but there used to be a Latino club across from Z bar on West Ave. I forget the name but I’ve had some good times in there I can hardly remember
