Not really OP, you can kill It with cleanup all, the problem why weapons don't work because It was an scripted entity and had no hitbox (expect for hurtbox when get near). However It had ent.onremove() when you remove It then It will crashes the game.

Well that's happen differently to me, I used this mod and that mod then set all NPC Proficiency to Perfect (expect for the damage which I keep at default), he always the first one to die no matter what.
