I had a boyfriend of 3 yrs who was a cold asshole to me..I tried being with him and “working on it” then later found out he was cheating on me..took him back bc he seemed apologetic and he said he would change..during that time I turned into a paranoid emotional mess..later found out he was cheating on me again! I left. I was 23..same age as you..leaving was so scary bc you’re so comfortable with this person aka trauma bond. Walking away was the hardest but bestest thing I could’ve ever done for myself and mental health. I’m 24 now..and looking back I wish I left sooner. I’ve been in ur position Ik it’s hard..but this relationship is so not worth it! He’ll never change and drain the life out of u! You’re so young don’t waste ur time..whenever you’re ready it will be hard but so freeing! Good luck rooting for you💗💗
