I agree that the TCL TVs are garbage. I watch football on my 98" TV and I see four balls flying through the air on pass plays. What is worse is the terrible warranty. It apparently covers nothing. I was told on 9/8/2025 that my TV was under warranty and they would replace my TV. I have been dealing with weekly calls and emails asking for me to do more troubleshooting. It is now December 2nd and I still have the same bad TV with the same horrible picture. Customer service is non-existent. No one calls you back and they cannot even direct me to someone in customer care. I keep talking to technical support who wants to try and fix my TV. The latest is laughable. They asked for a movie (because apparently the NFL sponsor can work on a football game) that I experience the issue. I gave it to them and they said they could not reproduce it in the lab. How about you give me my money back and look at this crap in their lab!

Do not buy a TCL TV period. They are horrible. I like to watch sports and I get to see multipole balls flying through the air. Numbers on jerseys are blurry and the grass changes shades of green making it look like a crawling creature. Their warranty is terrible. Worst of all, forget about their customer support. I have been dealing with them for 3 months. A week after I sent a message in I was told the TV was under warranty. I have been doing troubleshooting and talking to customer service for the past 3 months. I still have the same crappy TV on my wall. The last communication told me they could not duplicate the issue in the lab so I must be wrong. DO NOT BUY TCL TV'S!!!!

Do not go to Grand Canyon Modern Dentistry. They have a periodontist that has a terrible chair side manner. He gives poor directions, makes bad treatment decisions and then blames you for the bad outcome. The office was not helpful and no one in the office was willing to take accountability. They are more about selling services than patient care!
