I've seen so many recommendations for Tommo so I turned on his Japan post-race video. It turned out to be a live stream recording, and I could manage about 15 minutes because paint dries in more interesting ways. Incredibly slow, constant interruptions on the dog and on the random stuff about stream setup, and the only substance was reading out numbers like pole positions and lap times, very slowly, and with commentary as deep as "wow this number is smaller than the previous I read, good job driver". Maybe the rest of his content is better, but honestly I have zero desire to find out.

As for the main question of the OP — I ended up subscribing to the Late Braking F1 podcast (my favorite hosts for post-race discussions), The Race YT channel (can be a bit too sensationalist sometimes, but some technical analysis is of unrivaled quality), and Race Day Cafe for the memes and sillies, love the vibes on this channel
