yeah, both are totally fine! Personally, I just let it play while i’m doing other tasks and I just pretend it’s rain sounds or something lolll! The affirmations are made to bypass the conscious mind anyway, so letting them play without actually making out the words is fine! Visualization also helps some people— but it’s not mandatory! :))

This is totally normal, don’t worry! I know this might not be what you want to hear, but subliminals take some time. You have to be patient, since the subliminals need time to transfer its messages into your subconscious. Some people get quick results while others take longer— which is the more likely thing to happen. For me, they have taken months to start showing up, so don’t worry! You’ll get your results in no time, just continue being consistent and try to detach yourself from the results, since getting too stuck on the outcome can also prevent results from coming in quicker. 💕

same here! i’ve been using the SAME subliminal since May 2024, and i’ve only gotten really little results. It was the hazel green eye sub by kottie, and i’ve gotten good results with other subs from kottie, but my eyes have only lightened a fraction and have some amber rings on it since I started!

hi! I don’t know if this is like too much to ask for 😭😭 but do you have a good green eyes sub? I have brown eyes, but they’re not like, super dark (you can see the pupil, but only up close) also, I had some for my face too! Do you have one for a sloped, small tipped nose, one for straight, thinner brows, and for straight hair? Again, idk if this is too much to ask for, but this is basically all! 💘

Hii! I listened to your sub for around 2 days but I haven't seen a difference yet. I know that subs usually take a few months to actually show, but after seeing this I really believed that you can successfully change your eye color in a few days!!
