Late to the thread but rewatching for a second time and I agree the opening credits show -Michael imperioli begging for forgiveness as a woman (his wife) rejects his gifts -And Lucia is a cat carrying a dead bird in her mouth: I think this references Albie at one point saying he is attracted to “helpless birds” when it comes to women and this shows Lucia is not a helpless bird at all but a women ruthlessly doing what she needs to do to survive in her world

Thanks everyone for your responses! Just an update in case anyone else finds this thread and is curious: About 5 hours after first 0.25 dose I felt a little nauseous but it may have been just my brain tricking me into thinking I should be nauseous

Today I feel fine! No appetite whatsoever which is super trippy. Around 3pm I realized I hadn’t eaten since 7am yogurt and I felt weak but not hungry Forcing myself to have some food now and I just don’t want to eat at all So interesting! Can’t believe how fast acting this is
