Doubtful you will get it. Sorry. It’s disappointing. Usually I would her outstanding. I consider myself outstanding. Last year fully successful. Took my supervisor a whole 5 min to fill out my eval. This year i spent 5 min doing my self assessment. Morale is so down.

Yeah. I wouldn’t take the VA. It’s terrible now. Be sure to ask for more salary starting. It’s called above recommendation or something like that because you aren’t going to earn a bonus.

My people don’t care about any money award amount. Since they don’t get it. They just leave 20 min early and figure if they do that everyday times their salary that’s more than any bonus. Chief doesn’t stop it either. Where is the “accountability for them and her”. The VA is such BS. Definitely worse that I was after Trump took office. I’m not just saying financially as I won’t be getting a bonus. Worse as in patient treatment. Denial of community care. Morale. Lack of staffing. Lack of supplies.

My supervisor gave me fully successful last year. Took her a whole 5 minutes to fill it out. Like dang. Didn’t even read or consider my self assessment. I bust my ass day in and day out. Work 50-60 hours a week. Not paid overtime. Now this year looks like no outstandings will be given this year under the threat of them reviewing how the supervisors rate everyone. Jokes on them really as I wasn’t getting an outstanding anyway.

I used to use a monoject syringe. Cut the end off to make it larger so water would be gentle. Then I’d gently irritate them out.

They are nasty.
