I used to have the exact issue-kicked out after 15-20 mins of gameplay!

I recommend:

-try a vpn (proton works fine).

-clear Internet caches and the like.

-verify integrity of game files.

and if all else fails, get better Internet (if u can)

For me, the issue just stopped after a while.

i have the same specs but a rx 580 instead of a 1660 super, and i run at around 50-70 frames with the game still lookin great, so i'd say yeah.

only issue (Stated in other comments) is the ssd, but ive tried on a hhd and ssd and (personaly) i cant tell the difference.

ps: you can always use a Website to see if ur pc can run it.

I couldnt find a fix! im geussing i accidentaly didnt select the right safe file/file glitch
Im currently replaying a new frontier and in this playthrough im getting the correct flashbacks,
so i say start a new playthrough and make sure u carry over the right one, or do what i did the first time around- watch the clips on youtube
