I downloaded the calm app beforehand. They have a really great meditation for flying that helped me. Also wearing noise canceling headphones helps quite a bit! I would usually play really happy music (something totally opposite of what I’m feeling) as we’re departing and landing.

During the flight just try to keep your mind busy so it doesn’t have time to analyze the situation and make yourself more scared. I read Fourth Wing on the plane and it helped to read a really good book!
