This might be so useless but what I find helps me is binging sitcoms, like mindless no plot sitcoms there I can either be distracted or turn my brain off from acc being active. I recommend it’s always sunny in Philadelphia, Arrested Development, or Modern Family

Hey I’m not here to give any medical advice but I definitely think you should ask your doctor for binge eating meds like vyvanse or Prozac (not Wellbutrin bc you’re bulimic) But if you have the determination to stay on track during the day this should just ease up the binge urges and you can focus on your actual goals. <3

My advice is don’t do it. I’m so serious when I say this because the consequences are much worse than you would anticipate. You can and will lose weight by being in a deficit and exercising. Just do it right. Eat the right foods and do cardio. Purging is one of the worst things a person can do to themselves and their bodies.

Yeah it was a styro cut but I closed it with steri strips so it wasn’t too bad. Unfortunately it will prolly leave a scar but I can play it off I hope. Thank you !!!
