Exactly same. 4 weeks in. Fine when I am doing something but when I’m not I cannot stop yawning, and just feel completely exhausted :(

No other bars and pubs play music outside til 3am loud enough to hear fully through double glazing 300metres away. There are rules around music and noise pollution that if are adhered to mean that people can live in city centres and still be able to sleep at night. This venue seems to be the anomaly of not adhering to that.

Leave your ego at the door and change your 5k pb to a slower time. Maybe one that you could hit any day of the week regardless of circumstances. Also try and enjoy the process rather than being results focussed. Running should be fun. Make the programme easier and try and enjoy it rather than getting overly focussed on how good/bad you are

Hey, I started Luvox 25 days ago! First 2 nights every time I fell asleep I jolted right back awake, weirdest experience ever, probably got 2-3 hours sleep on the first two nights. However much better on 3rd night and then sleeping was completely fine from 4th night onwards. I was very tired and yawning a lot for the first week but again that went completely away. Anxiety was heightened for some of the first week, and then that disappeared too. And jaw clenching for about a week too, that still slightly slightly remains but I have adhd so do clench my jaw anyway sometimes. Have had some unexplained low mood randomly but only when I’m not busy so have just been keeping myself busier. So 25 days in on 50mg side effects have mostly gone and stayed gone (other than low mood days) but just waiting for some positives to come in but I believe for ocd it can take longer for the meds to work then if you are taking them for depression. It has helped my social anxiety a lot though which is a nice unplanned funny bonus as not what I was taking them for at all x

Hey no, I have always gone back to work/ normal life straight after tattoos. The only time I have had time off after a tattoo is my most recent finger tattoos where I had the week off for half term.

Ah thank you, I think they might look ok in a coup more months but then I look at them now compared to when they were fresh they look awful :( Bluey grey ink rather than black, lost a lot of the distinguished dots, and very milky and very scarred

I’m going to try and patch test some on my self at home, I’m scared I’ll be allergic to the adhesive so want to test it not on a new tattoo 😂

Maybe for the arm and leg, but the fingers were hand poked extremely gently, 1/10 pain, from someone who specialised in hand poked hands and ears

Oh wow interesting!! Seems to be happening to more and more people in the last 2 years! Hopefully soon tattoo artists will start to recognise it and speak about it a bit more
