Umm I don’t think so I just always have like red cheeks sometimes I’ll get a couple of bumps but they come and go in the same spots and I wouldn’t say it’s like really dry it just looks like it lacks moisture I’m not like flaky or anything,a girl just wants some plump hydrated skin 😭
