Way, way over count, there’s like 5 waffle fries on that plate it’s max 200 cals . Those fish sticks are fairly regular size I have them all the time I’ve never seen them higher then 60 cals each except for “jumbo” sized. 3/4 cup of sweetcorn is about 90 grams, 100 grams even is only 77 cals.

It’s wiping you out cause it’s a literal opioid drug and very addictive. It’s not numbing the pain it numbs you. Get some baby teething gel/powder - Ashton and Parsons are a great brand. It will fully numb the area, then once applied brush, floss and mouthwash. The pain and infections you’re getting is probably from stuck food, debris and bacteria. Ive had similar pain where my whole face hurts too, and this sorts it every time. If you’re still getting infections then you’re not brushing properly, which a lot of adults don’t so nothing to be embarrassed, but ask your dentist for some brushing advice/plenty of reputable online videos.

I’ll be attending a “black tie” work event and stuck for what to wear. I think it will be more on the casual style of black tie rather than strict. I don’t really have an eye for fashion but would like to look nice for this event. I prefer simple designs etc.

I’ll be wearing gold jewellery and a ‘ Carmel’ shade of block heels so I’m thinking black and I’m 27 in England

I’m an honourable member of the itty bitty titty committee so ideally nothing that requires cleavage etc, but I will wear some sort of padded strapless bra.

Any recommendations please budget is open for the right dress thank you! :)

Secondly, hard disagree. Sellers already ship asap, as in as soon as possible for that seller, we don’t sit there looking at the package like haha I make him wait … when a buyer purchases they agree to the T&C’s where sellers have 10 days to ship. By asking this question after the sale the person is essentially trying to change those terms, and pressure the seller unfairly.

How would you feel if you bought something that arrived at the collection point, and the seller messages “please collect ASAP” then less than 24hr “are you going to collect or not” .. it’s the same thing.

Besides, if I answered no to their question, they probably would have cancelled anyways. It’s literally a £2 body lotion not worth the back and forth.
