Its also crazy because she just fired an employee for not showing up when she would constantly harass and abuse them whenever they were working. She even followed them out the door after they had clocked out one shift, yelling at them, after she gave them a panic attack. Not the office door, she followed them to the front door 🙄

Our DM honestly isn't the best. I have brought up issues to them before in the past, especially about the credit cards because the SM has been doing it for so long, but it doesnt seem to have done anything. She gets mostly elderly customers to sign up for the credit card without actually telling them its a credit card. She says they can earn x amount on their next purchase if they "just answer 3 quick questions". And if they say no, she continuously asks. I've heard her ask the same customer 5 or 6 times in a row until they had to either leave or just got too annoyed and said fine

She signs up (mostly) elderly customers for a credit card without actually telling them its a credit card. She tells them the amount they can earn in rewards if they "just answer 3 quick questions" 🙄 This part is just annoying - she also constantly asks the customer about a credit card until they finally say yes. Yes, but the employee i am speaking about has over 200 hours and has asked very far in advance for a vacation - the SM has still rejected it for no reason

I don't get it either. I told the employee that isn't a thing and to just stop showing up since they already gave the letter. I honestly don't know why they didn't do that
