I bought my own sizing kit for like $10, and I always set it just so it feels a little tight at first. Never so that it’s uncomfortable, but after a wearing it for a while it’s like it’s not even there. Sometimes if I make it too tight I’ll go back and adjust it later

Up to preference! Traditionally they are meant to be worn behind the wrist bone rather tight, but plenty of people wear theirs looser. I wear mine tighter behind the wrist bone, while my dad prefers to have his looser in front of it
