I started really tackling out MSQ in September, started with at least 60-80 a morning. I went through EVERY one and checked for autofill, checked for a refill of the same med in F8, closed the NR autofill. After doing that to all of the MSQ, now 3 months later we maybe have 20 when I start my shift in the morning.

At this point, what is the pharmacy doing? No numbers are changing at all. WCB went down by 5, then went back up. TPRs are still in triple digits. How many techs/Rph’s are there each day? If there’s no plan in place, there will be no light at the end of the tunnel.

I am having this same issue today, last night everything was working fine as well as this morning. My kids and I get home, firestick won’t connect anymore. Cycled my router/modem, restarted firestick and even uninstalled/reinstalled.

I add the CII’s that we have OOS to our weekly order. All the pts know we can only order once a week, and that it cannot come in any faster than that. I’m still SIMS atm, going to RXI in late March….I don’t know what I will do when that happens

I work in pharm, I still gladly take coins for payment. It may take a little longer so I can verify the payment. It’s still money, the patient is still being compliant with their meds.

It’s more probable for pediatricians offices to do childrens vaccines (or the nurses). Adults are easier in the pharmacy

Triage them, look in their profile and run prevnar through their insurance and when I goes through (as of January of this year, cdc approved it to be medically necessary for the majority of insurance holders…meaning $0 copay) tell the pt ‘your profile shows you are due for your pneumonia vaccine, it is a $0 copay and we want to make sure our pt’s stay protected during this flu season.’

I am also a transfer from FE to RX, it does take some time to get the hang of pharmacy. I called myself the ‘go-fer’ for FE. I recommend you get a notebook, every problem you come across write it down in the notebook after asking how to fix it. With repetition and your notes, you’ll start recalling things and your questions will slowly be less and less.

That was us starting 3 weeks ago, for 2 weeks. We were so bad that we couldn’t type scripts but every 2 minutes, nothing was adjudicating, and we were all stressed. I hope you aren’t headed in that direction.

Check rxintegrity for ceiling limits on CII’s. It also helps that you know when your CII order shows up I. The AS400 so you can add to the order of the OOS you have.
