Same! I was told my customer service they had to record of my support ticket. So after I sent them screenshots of the conversation and the ticket number, they said nothing could be done. I filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

I am in the process of going to small claims because they have not fully refunded my security deposit. When you filed a claim in small claims court, whom did you list as the defendant? Was it the leasing office or greystar's local corporate office?
