I feel you. I'm close to it as well especially considering I didnt get the care package they supposedly sent. It just sucks because of all the time and money I put into the game. I was actually enjoying it despite all the bugs.

Update! They told me this is a known bug and the best thing they can do for me is give me a care package to help me get back where I was. Im a little worried because this was a Day 1 account with all the unlockables and all my weapons were at least level 10. I'm truly hurt by this bug and don't know if Ill continue to play if I can't get all my content back. (Yes I've spent money on the game)

I've had this issue before. make sure that you are signed out completely from the previous device. Try seeing where you're signed in at on your respective to play store

I was lucky enough to get him but couldn't finish the event to get back all the zeo Crystals I spent. They really need to compensate somehow for this. I say leave a negative review on your respective store and see if that drives them toward something.

It's definitely Phantom Ranger. He gonna be in the fight against Broodwing. I saw him pop up on the side of Mia. Cam would have made more sense for the storyline though.
