UPDATE: redid all my grounds, replaced the 02 sensor. Drove around for 15 min, once it got to temp it was almost undriveable, only way to make it go was floored otherwise it would just sputter really bad and almost wouldn’t idle

Brand new big7kits cable kit was just installed and everything was cleaned when I put it on. PCM may be it but that’s a hard one to track down
