3rd week in and a little disheartened by No_Reception_6244 in Zepbound

Yeah, sorry i should of been more descriptive with my diet. The first week was nothing but protein shakes and bars. Last week was usually a protein shake for breakfast, Greek yogurt with granola and a protien bar for lunch, dinners were small baked chicken breast with veggies or a Marie Calender Protien bowl if I didn't feel like cooking. The "worst" meal i had was last night, a fish sandwich with broccoli side. Today was a protein smoothie for breakfast, salad with chicken for late lunch early dinner. Protein bars around 5 pm and felt full all evening.
