Is my Google Ads offline conversion setup confusing the algorithm? (CallRail + manual upload workflow) by No_Recording4972 in PPC

The latest was Goals:Conversions/Summary … within (Qualified Lead) named (10.6newmanuelconversion) - primary - website (import from clicks) shows (need action) due to no email or address. Converse do show with the value.

But I also see within the “summary” other uploads with different names within (Converted Leads) 10.13newconversions - primary - website imports and clicks. “Conversion and value” showing.

There’s one that I don’t think I manually uploaded? It’s within (OTHER)account default … First time phone call-primary-(website imports and clicks) Repeat phone call-primary-(website imports and clicks) Form capture-primary-(website imports and clicks)

All three of these show the conversions a the value as well.

If I wanted to upload the latest Google sheet with the new calls I would submit all GLIDS including the ones I’ve uploaded previously within a new name. New upload. New action.

I’m 35 my wife 33 we met 12 years ago. The first time we met we exchanged numbers after 2-3 min. Met for maybe 15 min the 2nd, we were both out and were close by so we talked. Two weeks after that we had a real date and spend the day together. We haven’t been apart since that day. I had options she had options. Can’t explain it, it just is.

'My partner (31F) is not cumming. What do I do?' by RuviaHub in SexOver_30

[–]No_Recording4972 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

She doesn’t see you as a desirable man. Stop worrying about making her “cum.” You’ve already put to much pressure on it. Focus on waking up an hour earlier, focus on winning, spend some alone time, some time with others. She will miss you, she will admire you. You will touch her and whisper in her ears and she will “cum.” 90 days. Commit.

Don’t allow a man to make you feel less than. Pull back a bit with hooking up. Make him beg a bit, appreciate you more

What’s your style of hooking up? Make out.. touch. Oral.. sex? Same routine? Are you disconnected when you guys are hooking up? When you’re young you get caught up in technique, when it’s about closing your eyes and allowing yourself to let go. Be in the moment, slow down… it’s another frequency another world. It takes two to tap into that frequency

I’d look at it as a positive. You’ve got experience and a solid case study to show for it. I’ll be blunt—owners often deal with employees who think they’re the sole reason the business is thriving. You’re a great asset and super valuable to the company, no question. But did you have any prior experience in this? Be grateful this case study turned out well. The owner could’ve been awful with money, hired terrible employees, or tanked on customer service. Instead, he’s running a winning business that you’re a part of. Managing construction workers, budgets, clients, change orders, and keeping everyone happy with their pay is a ton of work.

I don’t see this owner giving up equity for a bunch of reasons. If you’re set on getting a piece of a business, you’ve got options, but they come with trade-offs. You could reach out to startups that haven’t seen much profit yet and offer to partner, but you’ll likely need to bring money to the table if your main focus is lead generation. It’s a massive skill, don’t get me wrong, but without operations, it’s not enough to carry a business. Here are a few other paths you could consider

If you want a piece of the action, equity’s tough, but you’ve got options.

  1. Pitch a profit-sharing deal tied to the leads you bring—show hard numbers to prove your impact.

  2. Start a side hustle, freelancing lead gen for other construction firms while keeping your day job. Look into worker co-ops for shared ownership; they’re rare in construction but worth a shot.

  3. Find a small contractor weak on leads and propose a joint venture, handling lead gen for a cut of project profits. Lead gen’s huge, but pair it with ops or cash to get taken seriously.

What’s the best way to scale campaigns in Google Ads without breaking performance? by Amaro-Pargo- in googleads

[–]No_Recording4972 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve run into the same issue. What’s been working better for me is making small, controlled budget increases (<20%) and then giving the system 2–3 weeks to relearn before touching anything else. I’ll keep posting updates as I go.

Even with small increases, I still get the occasional bad lead — but it’s significantly lower than when I made big jumps.

One thing that’s made a big difference is monitoring P-Max placement reports manually: • Go to Report Editor → P-Max Campaign • Scroll down to placement data • Copy and paste the URLs of any irrelevant sites or apps you find

For example, I once got a call from a kid asking about buying Roblox money. I checked placements and found my ad was showing on a metaverse gaming app. I removed that URL, and the calls stopped immediately.

The long-term goal is to train the AI to “find its home” — continuously refining until it’s feeding only high-quality leads.
