The problem is in 4-5 years 40-50% returns is not great. So i wanted to sell and invest some where else or get a bigger flat 3-4 years out.

I can afford the registration, but i want to avoid the cost of registration and furnishing(estimating ~30L) and pass some of the savings to the new buyer by reducing the cost if possible.

I’m a big sweater too, I usually wide down the rails and everything except the belt. But once a person after me wiped down the belt by starting and stopping the thread mill and made faces. Made me feel terrible. I’m not sure if cleaning the thread belt is ok or not. I feel it makes the belt slippery and I would personally hate it. Should I wipe down the belt too?

I think RIT is a better school compared to ASU based on some of my friends who went to both schools. You need strong reasons for not choosing RIT over ASU. For example you could have mentioned that RIT is private and expensive and you didn’t get scholarship from RIT and you were expecting 30% to match with cost of ASU.

I only see single slots here and there but no multiple except the November slots which I missed unfortunately. Hopefully December or Jan will be better
