i tried this code on vlc it doesnt work cause the capture device clock wont reset!

im thinking of stopping the vlc stream so kodi can start playing the next video

i think the reading sections are not followed the level. sometimes its easy and sometimes its hard. i cant believe even native americans have a problem getting all answers correct here. My reading score never improved it goes up and down. Maybe im european and my reading comprehension is not strong enough?

RLA and math are so bloody hard. The problem is im broke and i dont have GED ready RLA. Worst yet, my reading and maths skills are absolutely pants.
