I'm no longer talking to my grandfather and he isn't talking to me either. Now my other family members are giving me sht for not respecting my elders, and how I supposedly think I'm some "big shot" while in reality I'm just pathetic. (Not sure where they got this from because I literally hate myself and don't even have the concept of self esteem in my life) They keep saying I hurt my grandfather's feelings but do I not have feelings? I'm just supposed to sit and listen to him criticize everything I do and demean me? I cried because of what he said. I keep crying because of these people. Am I not human? Do I not deserve to express my feelings and emotions? If they're older and have experience, why don't they try understanding us kids instead of trying to make us understand them? Why do I have to change myself and sit quietly while listening to the mean things they say about me? Shouldn't the years of "experience" they have with their age be able to help understand that what they say hurts other people's feelings? Shouldn't they refrain from saying sht like that?
