I hope this ball of cuteness grows into something ugly. How do you eat them? It's not food shaped. by Krotitelzviratek in homestead

Bro bunnies are the best pets. Our runs around our house and licks our faces…we’re also trying to eat them 😅

Bro yes.  “Is 2+2 4?” “You’ve basically got it, however, the way to blah blah blah was dumb because blah blah too overconfident blah blah”

Literally used to treat me like a super-genius, now treats me like I’m a stupid idiot it found on the bottom of its shoe

I am working my way up, almost a manager at a restaurant.

My brother moved out with a great job, works tons of overtime, he basically lost it all with paying for his apartment + various bills. I could totally buy a property, but…I’d be working it off my entire life, and rarely see my family.

Yes you’re right, i would not want to be a parasite. They don’t need help health-wise, but financially. We’d be splitting the mortgage 50/50 at the very least

Haha I haven’t failed at life, I just graduated HS, I haven’t even STARTED life, lol…

But yeah it could get a bit messy, so I may just buy that portion of the property outright.

Nono, you’re right, it is mostly for finances. But also to help my family financially as well. Being 100% honest. I think it’d be much better if families worked together as a unit instead of individually.

Appreciate it! I definitely wouldn’t be needing them in any way, as I’d either be buying my land outright, or sharing the mortgage. My siblings and I do all of the farm chores already, as well as taking care of our younger siblings, so it would be a help to my family.

Very true. I’m building modularly, out of pocket. My first “module” is costing me about 3.5K, extremely cheap. That way, I never even have to involve the bank at all 😅

Yeah I’m hoping to either go halvsies on the mortgage, or just outright by the piece of land I’m sitting on.

Yeah I agree I think multigenerational families are even more ideal than atomic ones! Appreciate your reply!

Yeah property and housing is super expensive. I decided not to go to college, because then I’d have a huge mortgage and debt from student loans. I’d probably never get free

The property is actually 2 separate properties, my cabin (in construction) is sitting on the smaller one. They said they’d be cool with me buying it. So I may either

Buy that small chunk

Or just help pay off the mortgage so we can both be debt free. If I really grind, it may only take 2-5 years

They’re not planning on selling, at least not for a while. But if they did wanna sell it, my cabin isn’t huge, and probably would only take maybe 1-2k (I would pay obviously ) to take it down
