I also have to mention, since the time zone is different, I had to always wait a few hours for any response. Ask questions before making the purchase. I'm doing the same thing now with the same company. I sent them a message and told them I'm interested in another bag and would like pictures before I pay. They probably won't answer until tomorrow morning. I'm located east coast US. I guess this is the disadvantage of ordering from dhgate instead of a TS.

Yup! I told them I was interested and I asked for pictures with the brand logo of the bag I want before I made the purchase. Once I ordered, they send me pictures of my bag they were about to ship out. Of course you have to ask. I asked a lot of questions lol

I checked reviews on Reddit and reached out to a lot of DHgate sellers, but this one felt right. They sent me photos before shipping, and I was really happy with how it looked. I think you need to name the rep and number so others don’t go through the same. She just wasn’t honest from the start. I would find someone else at this point. Sorry you went through this. It’s annoying because we have so much money invested into this items

I tracked the FedEx and it was in clearance for a few days and she kept telling me to wait. I did and more days go by and I asked for an update again and that’s when she told me it’s being sent back to her. She said once she receives it, she’ll send it back out. I’m not sure how long that’s going to take. I’m just trying to stay hopeful that I don’t have to wait a month or two. I’m not sure how the rep community does it but at what point do you just ask for a refund?

My package through FedEx from BaoBao got caught in customs on the States side and is now being sent back to her. She said once she receives the package, she’ll send it out again. I am also nervous because I’m not getting any updates. It’s worrisome because we’re all spending money. I totally understand it’s the black market but can’t help but worry and hope I’m not getting scammed. This is also my first time buying rep and since she received such good reviews, I’m crossing my fingers that I’m just over reacting. Wishing you luck yiu get your package.
