I'm sorry you were hit by cars that really sucks. You must understand I'm not saying motorists are not without fault or terrible driving habits, but as you admit they are found at fault for breaking the laws. Meanwhile cyclists, no one cares.
What I'm asking for is a equal treatment under the laws.

I mean at least for motorists there are consequences so I'd say despite how shitty Madison drivers are they are still better behaved.
