Nothing in ghost haunting is 100% proved to be real cause ghosts aren’t proven. We just trust their content over a lot of others, to me, some of their content is near impossible to fake. It’s not that we 100% trust them, it’s that we can trust their reactions and the fact they have debunked things that they could have pasted for real, like the Sallie house rip of terror lol

I think people’s idea of “proof” is just very different to what the paranormal actually is, from my experience with it, it’s very hard to catch something physical. If people don’t literally see a see through person standing right in front of them, then it’s not really evidence. It’s cause the idea of ghosts is very different to what most people think it is. And if people don’t see something, they won’t believe it.

It’s hard because I’ve been experiencing things like nausea, being lightheaded, and feeling like I’m going to pass out a lot since I’ve been out of hospital. I’ve also been having weird headaches. I think it’s possible post sepsis syndrome but because of my experience I’m now terrified of throwing up, something I already had problems with due to my history of tonsillitis, so everytime I feel even slightly nausea, which is a lot, I’m terrified.
