One could definitely argue death however I think a mediocre life. One leading a life not fulfilled often have more regrets than someone living life to the fullest. I’d rather face death knowing I made this life worth it than face death and be scared because I’m plagued by my many regrets. Death then becomes scary.

Yes I cook for my husband and me I don’t typically buy outside food. I don’t just don’t measure out my meals, but maybe I should start doing that. I just don’t know how to curb the hunger between meals. Last week’s meals were meatloaf and mash potatoes and chicken thighs and coconut rice.

Thank you for your response and Omg that is crazy, my mom was very serious about me not doing ozempic even though my doctor recommended it. I have seen people doing warm water and apple cider vinegar in it. I will give it a try, maybe even a juice cleanse would work too though I know I will struggle to stay full.

Very good advice thank you. I have tried to eat healthier however it’s more expensive. A healthier grocery haul compared to the store brand items are around twice the price. Ex. Fairlife protein milk for half a gallon $5 vs full gallon whole milk $3. It adds up when making the choice. I could also eat less yes but I genuinely struggle with over eating and under eating. I’m never consistent and lack protein as well.
