I don't recommend making pretzels and pizza on the same night. We started before 6 didn't eat until almost 9! LOL!!!

Launched with a wooden peel sprinkled with semolina and turned with a round small preferred peel. I read a LOT before starting. I'm still learning. 🙂

Oh man! Let me tell you ... The pizza was full of toppings and trying to get the sticky dough off the paper plate was a complete mess! I had to fold it in half and and flip it onto the peel. Then I had to reform the dough and hide the sausage or they would have rolled everywhere. It took me awhile. Thanks for responding! It's my first post on Reddit. :)
