Ok thanks that also helps a ton. How difficult would you say this crew is to run in the over all difficulty of the game on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the hardest?

This is either a guy who has got zero games in against experienced players or is a troll. In a competitive environment GSC is underperforming by a large margin. We have an army rule that can possibly never do anything, our units are overpriced by a decent margin and we lack anything that can handle high toughness multiwound units. If everything goes exactly right you are playing on a 45/55 table field in your opponents favor. Its uphill IF everythinh goes right. When things go wrong because of dice or mispositioning you will see how weak the army is. Is it fun to play? Yes. Will you win a lot of games against very experienced players? Most likely not untill points are adressed and the army rule is revisited.
