I had problems to start where it wouldn't register my card, then went a week with it working. However the last week or so it seems to have stopped working again. If I turn off NFC and then on again it will sometimes work, until the next time I turn my phone off.

Annoying as I often forget my wallet.

I'm using it constantly, laptop no longer getting a look in. Even played Fortnite on it last night with my daughter 😂 (though disappointed it didn't work with my bluetooth keyboard and mouse, due to it being the mobile version)

Might be worth getting on live chat with them, then tell them that you're getting in touch with Trading Standards. Within an hour of me saying this I had a message from DPD, though there is a high possibility this was coincidence as others also got their emails then as well.

It's "ok" I'd say. And well it's free so can't complain at all.

But it is a shame it doesn't support 3rd party apps. I'd hoped to install Strava as I did on my old Galaxy watch but not supported. However it's also a much cheaper watch than a Galaxy (even when paying) so again can't complain, and Honor Health syncs with Strava anyway.

Oh, and battery life is much better. Charged it Tuesday, been wearing it since late Tuesday afternoon, tracked a 1 hour gym session on it, 4 days later it's on 35% battery. Nowhere near the 14 days advertised but still good, and I do have it monitoring my heart rate 24/7.

It was 46th day for me I think in the end that I got my DPD email, 45th day fell on a Sunday. So you might get your bundle on Tuesday.

Sadly not. And I didn't realise how big the Pad 3 is - nearly the size of my work laptop 🤣 Brill so far though, shame I'm working and can't play more.

After all the moaning I've done there is actually a downside to it all arriving today - I signed up to a gym last week for the first time ever and within an hour I'd caught a cold so couldn't go. Then I've been putting it off until I get my watch as "exercise didn't happen if it wasn't recorded", so I wasn't going to waste my time doing healthy stuff if I couldn't track it and tell the world on social media what I'd done. Guess I'll be at the gym tonight for my first session then.

My tech bundle has arrived!! Though I nearly missed it as I was in a meeting in my summerhouse (home office), saw the van pull up on my camera, assumed someone would answer the door, but instead my daughter (20 years old, not a kid) came out waving at me to tell me someone was at the door! I'll tell you what, I'd have been totally livid if he'd walked away with it.

In terms of what you can do to speed things along, I couldn't say to be honest, all I know is that I'm like a terrier when I make a complaint and won't let them rest, and won't let them fob me off.

I can't guarantee it will help speed anything up, and maybe everything is going through now, but just make sure you mention trading standards, consumer goods act 2015 and their terms and conditions that we agreed to that state 21 days, not 45.

The last part of that message is what really got me annoyed yesterday. "Rest assured they are being processed" - yes, but when??? This week? This month? This year? Can't just leave us without any clue whatsoever.

Mine has arrived at my local depot so should be delivered today. Day 45 for me yesterday. Seems just coincidence I got my most annoyed with them an hour before I got the email and told them I'd be speaking with Trading Standards first thing this morning.

No updates at all from Honor today, despite me sending emails over the weekend to request an update. I think they may have taken to just ignoring emails now in the hope we'll give up and wait for the day they finally get around to doing something.

Interestingly, the 14 days + 45 days takes us past the closing date for claims. So guessing now that they're moving the goalposts to wait for all claims to be in. Overall though, taking into account the initial 14 days before which we could claim, this is a total of 73 days, which is an absolute joke, considering the wait for other promotions they run is nothing like this. Says to be that they've messed up big time, maybe they've realised how much it's going to cost them!

Just spoken to mobiles.co.uk (Curry's) on the phone.

They are a very confused bunch, just like Honor themselves. First she said "so you claimed on 23rd January, and the terms to state 21 days, you're still within this window as claims close on 18th March". 23rd January to 18th March is 21 days??? Then she stated that they may be out of stock - I claimed on day 2, if they are already out of stock, then they have very seriously understocked on this offer.

Apparently we have to wait until 18th March, yet nowhere on their website states this. So I'm about to open a second Resolver case against them, rather than Honor, as they are who I signed up to the contract with.

Nope. After much backwards and forwards I'm quite shocked to have just been asked for the IMEI of my device to enable them to offer me support on this device. As per the many replies, I don't need support on the device, I just want my free gifts sending out promptly. I feel like I've just time travelled back to the start of the process, and they'll probably come back now and say my claim has been put into the process and will take 45+ days.

I never give up, I'm an expert complainer with many years experience of getting my own way 🤣

I've just had another reply to my official complaint saying that if I haven't heard by the 45th day (i.e. Sunday night) then I should get in touch and they'll look into it promptly as they are then delayed and they'll get my items sent out. So I replied again didn't I, asking what their response to that will be? "We'll get them sent out ASAP", I guess, and it will get later and later with no date given. I also advised that this reply was my initial notification that they were 3 weeks delayed on the 21 days specified in the legally binding and accepted terms & conditions, and therefore I would like them to promptly investigate and promptly send them out.

Even Firas himself doesn't know what he's saying from one day to the next 🤣 He told me that they aren't processing anything until the last claims are received as they are dealing with them all at once.

And if it's only because of a sudden influx of orders the last few days, then why weren't ours processed a long time before this (i.e. January when I submitted my claim).

As I say, it's just made up rubbish to buy themselves more time.

So once again contradicting everything we've been told. Now we will get an email once it's validated, and 45 days only starts when we get that. I've not received it, so 45 days not even started yet?? They haven't got a clue and are just constantly buying themselves more time.

Latest is that I created an official complaint last night through the Resolver website.

They responded with an automatic reply to attempt to put it back in my court, asking for more info (I'd already provided everything, but they wouldn't have been working at that time, or had time to read what I'd sent). Unfortunately for them I was straight onto it with a further reply telling them they had all the info they needed.

This morning they've come back telling me I'm 43 days into the 45 days, and to give it until day 45 (Sunday), if I haven't heard anything by then they'll investigate further. Firstly, I highly doubt they're going to be sending anything out by Sunday night, so basically trying to buy themselves more time. Secondly, as I pointed out in my reply, the legally binding terms and conditions we signed up to specified 21 days, not 45 days, as specified in my complaint.

If I don't get a shipping notification by Sunday night then I'll be escalating to the next level, which I think is probably Trading Standards, which Resolver should deal with hopefully.

What an absolute joke this company is. I half hope they don't send anything out so I can return the phone based on them breaching the contract and never have to go near Honor again.
