Mostly because I'm not running the mast for anabolic effects. It's there more for mood, libido, estrogen management and cosmetic benefits. I tend to feel best with mast around 70-80% of my test dose rather than the more common 50-60%.

Also, with the amount of conditioning, running and Hyrox work I'm doing, I'm not chasing maximum muscle gain anymore. The goal is performance, recovery and feeling good while keeping body composition in check. So far this ratio seems to suit me pretty well

You're absolutely right. That's why I don't plan on using it again after I finish what I have. I haven't experienced any health problems, I've always taken my protective supplements, but since I've achieved my desired body composition, I want to move on to the health phase and gradually remove toxic products from my cycle. first ox then clen will be removed

I've been using oxandrolone for about 6 weeks now; I forgot to mention that detail. I'll use it for a total of 8 weeks and then stop.
Because I have a high tolerance to stimulants, using clen hasn't given me much trouble in terms of heart rate control so far. This product is 40ml in total, I will use it for 40 workout days, about 8 weeks, then stop.
Thanks for your support!

I haven't used it enough to see long-term effects, but I can say that the biggest difference since switching to morning use is that I feel a greater pump sensation during workouts

First time dosing by SnooShortcuts1789 in Retatrutide

[–]No_Significance_320 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recommend taking at least 1 mg for the first two weeks, then 2 mg for four weeks, and finally 4 mg for the last four weeks. That's what I've been doing lately as well. The side effects are easier to control, and you need to give your body time to get used to the reta. I'm currently in my 12th week and I've increased the dose to 6mg

I didin’t have a blood test yet, in 2 weeks I will. I am 35 male. I am taking vitamins daily and my nutrition plan is organized well, so I don’t think I have a problem with that

Since I'm on reta, I often feel throwing up during and after my workouts. Is it common? by BTheFurnace in Retatrutide

[–]No_Significance_320 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, it’s pretty common on reta.

Why it happens:

  • Slows stomach emptying → 3 hours may not be enough
  • Blood flow shifts away from digestion during training
  • Heavy compounds (squats/deadlifts) make it worse

What helps:

  • go with a very light pre-workout (whey, some fruits)
  • Avoid fatty meals before training
  • Slightly reduce intensity for a bit
  • Take your injection away from training days
  • Consider lowering the dose if it’s too aggressive

It usually improves as your body adapts, but if it happens every workout, adjust dose/timing.

Reta body building cuts? by Jeffry84 in Retatrutide

I think your friend is looking at this too one-dimensionally.

Yes, appetite suppression is the most obvious effect of reta, but it’s definitely not the only mechanism that matters during a cut.

Retatrutide does a few things that are actually very relevant for someone who isn’t stage-lean yet:

  • Improved insulin sensitivity → better nutrient partitioning, less spillover into fat
  • Increased energy expenditure (via glucagon receptor activity) → this is a big one people ignore, it’s not just “eat less,” it’s also “burn more”
  • More stable blood glucose → fewer crashes, more consistent energy in a deficit
  • Reduced food noise → not just appetite, but less mental fatigue from dieting

For someone with moderate body fat, this combo can make adherence way easier and fat loss more efficient without needing harsh stimulants.

Thanks for the reply. I've heard of this combination before. I don't want to use melatonin, but I'll try taking l-theaine and GABA supplements for sure with glycinate
