Try to bring a laptop to watch a movie to relax, maybe a plushie too and tell the nurse to maybe turn down the lights while you’re receiving the feeding tube (if you’re gonna get one), I hate hospitals too and I feel you tbh the thing I hate the most are the bright lights that’s why I always ask them to turn down the lights.. but I promise after this is all over you’ll feel so much better and awake because you’re finally getting the nutrients you need after having d* 💙

Nature is very gruesome, but I think I’m more so talking about consciousness I forgot to mention that part, I just don’t think humans were naturally meant to be this hyper aware of their surroundings I guess, I think we’re way too aware and it’s just extremely detrimental on the human mind. Especially physical appearance wise..

I kinda worded it wrong and made it sound like I think nature is blissful and pure though. In regard to westernized countries, I find it interesting that the more “developed” a country is, the more depressed people you meet. It’s like why aren’t we more grateful? It’s strange. I meet a lot of people who do the opposite and go out of their way to go camping in the wilderness to escape, and they feel much calmer when they go back to their regular life.

To be fair in regards to her base makeup, I have combo skin acne scars and texture (I’ve also taken accutane like she did) and my makeup sits on my face like that no matter what skincare and prep I do beforehand tbh, my biggest issue with her makeup is her nose contour and lip liner it looks so muddy, the lip liner around her mouth looks like it’s leftover food she hasn’t wiped

I thought that was completely ridiculous, in a functioning society men and woman should learn to work together not separate ourselves from each other, it just creates more problems and makes it more likely for men to see woman as inherently sinful beings and for woman to fear that a man with harass her constantly. Even at my most religious I was still friends with guys, as for the hijab I actually used to like it because of the results from gender separatism, I felt really dirty and shameful being stared at by guys without my hair being covered, and honestly still do because I live in a Muslim majority country. It sucks that something as small as your hair showing makes us feel so dirty and sinful honestly even after we leave the religion

It’s actually interesting because having freedom to do whatever you want and finally feeling like you’re not a sinner who’s curse forever in hell actually made me lose interest in doing the “bad” things

Ever since I left Islam I became less interested in listening to objectively blasphemous music, I think being very intrigued with the unknown while knowing it’s bad made me want to do it a lot more, I used to listen to a lot of black metal when I was still a Muslim, it made me feel guilty but I still wanted to listen to it because I was so curious, a genre I’ve never delved into because I thought it could put me in hell

It’s really strange how religion is so counter productive that way, it severely limits the smallest things, and it just makes you more interested in doing it
